InkTimber is currently in its pre-launch stage. This policy explains how shipping information will be handled for future Kickstarter rewards; it is not a promise of current product availability.
InkTimber is not currently accepting product orders through this website. Joining the waitlist does not create a purchase, reservation, pledge, or guarantee of inventory. Available destinations, estimated delivery windows, reward contents, and shipping charges will be shown on the Kickstarter campaign before pledges open.
We intend to support multiple international regions, but the final country list will depend on carrier availability, product certification, logistics costs, and import requirements. Shipping charges may be collected with a Kickstarter pledge or later through Kickstarter’s pledge manager. Estimates may change if carrier rates, package dimensions, fuel surcharges, tariffs, or other external costs change.
Kickstarter reward delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Hardware production may be affected by component availability, testing, certification, manufacturing, customs, weather, or carrier delays. Material schedule changes will be communicated through Kickstarter project updates.
Unless a campaign reward states otherwise, shipping fees, sales tax, VAT, import duties, tariffs, brokerage charges, and customs-clearance fees may be charged separately based on the destination and applicable law.
Shipping addresses and reward details will be collected after a successful campaign through Kickstarter’s survey or pledge manager, or through a clearly identified fulfillment partner. Backers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate address before the stated deadline.
Where the selected service supports tracking, details will be provided after the carrier accepts the parcel. If a reward arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears lost, contact the project team privately through the Kickstarter creator page with pledge details and supporting photos where relevant.
This pre-launch policy may be updated when final campaign regions, carriers, reward specifications, and pledge-manager arrangements are confirmed. The version published with the live campaign will control for Kickstarter rewards.
