This policy applies to the InkTimber VIP Reservation — $20 Deposit sold on this store.

What the reservation covers

The $20 payment reserves access to InkTimber’s private Kickstarter launch offer. It is not a Kickstarter pledge, not the full purchase price of an InkTimber frame, and no physical product ships from this order.

Refund eligibility

You may request a full refund of the $20 reservation at any time before the InkTimber Kickstarter campaign launches.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

How to request a refund

Email sharkomode@gmail.com from the email address used at checkout and include your Shopify order number. We will confirm whether the Kickstarter campaign has launched and process eligible requests as promptly as possible.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the credit appears.

Kickstarter pledges

Any later pledge made through Kickstarter is a separate transaction and is subject to the campaign information and Kickstarter’s applicable terms.
